Upon arriving at 74 Crescenzio House, I was promptly welcomed by the convenient "Bus Shuttle" coach service from the airport, offering a seamless start to my trip. The location, a mere 5-7 minute walk to the Vatican and nearest metro, made exploring the city a breeze. The refurbished rooms exuded a sense of modern elegance, complemented by excellent Wi-Fi for both work and leisure. As a solo traveler, safety was paramount, and the property provided a secure environment.While the property's value proposition seemed promising, my experience took a downturn due to operational issues. The persistent inconvenience of a broken A/C, compounded by poor customer service and delayed resolutions, hindered my stay significantly. The lack of soundproofing and musty room odor further detracted from the overall luxury promised by the establishment.Ultimately, 74 Crescenzio House showcased potential for a pleasant stay but fell short on delivering a truly luxurious experience. For those seeking a balance between cost and comfort, cautious consideration of the property's amenities and service quality is advised.
